Endre received his law degree from the University of Szeged in 2000 with an honor of summa cum laude. Between 1996 and 1997, he studied at the Karl Franzens University in Graz, Austria. He also earned a certificate in European Union Law from the University of Szeged in 2000.
Endre started his career at in the Law Firm Martonyi és Kajtár Baker & McKenzie in 2000. He was mainly involved in legal consultancy related to merger transactions and intellectual property matters.
In 2001, he joined the Gárdos, Füredi, Mosonyi, Tomori Law Firm. His focus areas were corporate law, banking law and labor & employment.
He participated in several financing transactions to major infrastructural projects of General Assembly of Budapest. He participated in the legal consultancy to an export financing bank in restructuring of an export financing loan granted to a leading Hungarian steel company. He provided regular procurement related legal services to a leading Hungarian bank. He gained a wide range of experiences in judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution in labor & employment.
In 2008, Endre joined to one of the global leading tyre manufacturer group's local affiliate where he was a senior legal counsel for 6 years. His focus areas were labor & employment, purchasing, corporate, preparing decisions in administrative cases, preparing and reviewing internal policies. He provided legal advises for the closing of the factory at Budapest and relating questions of collective redundancy. He also coordinated the activity of external legal advisers mandated by group affiliates in the region of Central-Europe. He has widened his experiences gained in litigation of labor & employment.
From 2014, Endre has been founding partner of PH Partners.
Endre has been admitted to the Budapest Bar Association from 2004
to 2008 and admitted to the Nyíregyháza Bar Association from 2014.

Péter HIDVÉGI partner
Péter received his law degree from the University of Miskolc in 2002 with an honor of cum laude. In 2007, he has earned post-graduate lawyer-economist certificate at Corvinus University of Budapest. In 2014 he earned a degree in antitrust law at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
Péter started his career at the Asbóth and Pleszkáts Law Firm (2003-2005), then joined to the Pleszkáts Law Firm (2005-2007) where he spent two years. Peter delt with various corporate and civil law matters and also advised clients on real estate and related financing transactions. Peter also gained significant experience on employment of foreigners and dispute resolution in civil and criminal law procedures.
In 2007, Péter joined to one of the global leading tyre manufacturer group's local affiliate where he spent 7 years as an in-house counsel. His main area of activity was providing legal support to the Hungarian affiliates of the group in the fields of commercial, civil law, environmental law and corporate law. He gained a significant experience in compliance. He also coordinated the activity of external legal advisers mandated by group affiliates in the region of Central-Europe. He participated in the maintenance of legal tasks arising from cross-border transactions.

Bettina ABIWU-TÜRK associate
Bettina graduated from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law in 2011. Between 2008 and 2010, she studied at the University of Cambridge, Institute of Continuing Education, English and European Union Law Course. After graduation, she worked for almost 3 years in Budapest as a trainee lawyer in law firms serving international clients and 2 as a paralegal at a large winding-up institution. During this 5 years period she gained significant experience in corporate law, employment litigation, enforcement law and civil litigation.
From 2017, she began working as a legal advisor at the Hungarian subsidiary of one of the world's leading tire manufacturer company groups for 3 years, where she was responsible for the decision-shaping tasks concerning labor law, procurement law, real estate law, logistics and project-related matters.
In 2020-2021, she completed the postgraduate course of HR Lawyer (LL.M.) at the University of Debrecen with excellent grades, thanks to which she acquired knowledge in human resources management and economics, in addition to deepening her knowledge of labor law.
In 2020, she joined PH Partners as a lawyer. She primarily deals with labor law, procurement, waste management and construction projects, as well as litigation and non-litigation. She is fluent in English and speaks French.
Zoltán received his law degree from the University of Miskolc in 2009 with an honor of summa cum laude. In 2014 he passed a successful bar exam.
He has worked for dr. Szabó Paméla Law Firm. From 2010, he worked for Prosecution Service of Budaörs, Hungary as a prosecutor trainee.
From 2014 he continued his career as a deputy prosecutor at Investigative Prosecution Service of Pest Environs of Hungary. In 2014, he joined Society ARTISJUS Hungarian Bureau for the Protection of Authors’ Rights. His main areas of activity were preparing and reviewing contracts, handling social and foundation affairs, preparing and reviewing internal policies, legal consultancy on the matter of copyright, liability management, litigation.
In 2015, he joined to PH Partners as Associate. His main fields of activity are procurement, commercial law, corporate law and labor law. He has gained a significant experience in labor law litigation.
Zoltán has been admitted to the Budapest Bar Association from 2015.

Zsófia received her law degree from the University of Debrecen in 2017 with an honor of summa cum laude. Besides her university studies she worked for one of the global leading toy manufacturing's local affiliate as a legal trainee. Her main tasks were to carry out legal researches, prepare contracts and legal translations.
In 2017, she joined to PH Partners as a Junior Legal Associate. Her main areas of activity are labor & employment and procurement affairs.

János received his law degree from the Pázmány Péter Chatolic University in 2013. Besides his university studies he worked for one of the global leading tyre manufacturer group's local affiliate as a legal trainee at its sites in Nyíregyháza and Budapest. His tasks were to carry out legal researches, prepare internal policies and legal consultancy in labor & employment, civil and corporate law.
After receiving his degree, from 2013 János was a junior legal counsel at group's local affiliate, supporting mainly labor & employment and procurement affairs. He participated in the preparatory project of the closing of the factory in Budapest and relating questions of collective redundancy, he has gained a significant experience in labor law litigation.
